| NB SLIDE GUIDE are high-precision and high-rigidity linear bearings designed to utilize the motion of rolling elements. They have numerous advantageous characteristics including low friction, no stick/slip, and smooth linear motion even under high load conditions. Since they can maintain their high-efficiency and high-functionality characteristics for an extended period of time, they meet a wide range of needs, from general industrial to precision machinery. | |||||

| Five different types of slide guides, each with differing structures are available for your selection. ("SEBS-B type" is structurally the same as the SEB-B type, however all "-B" types use stainless steel, and thus for the sake of simplicity are specified as "SEBS-B type") | ||||||||||||

| This is an easy-to-install 2-row, 4-point contact structured type that keeps rails and block separate using a retainer. For moment resistant versions, wide block, long block and in addition a wide & long block version are all available. It is also possible to choose all stainless steel versions using stainless steel return caps. | ||||||||||||

| This is an easy-to-install 2-row, 4-point contact structured type that keeps rails and block separate without a retainer. | In addition to being extremely precise, this roller guide is minimally sized and employs a crossroller. For moment-resistant versions, in addition to the standard version, wide block is also available. By using stainless steel for "SERS type" component parts, these products can also be used in specialized environments, such as vacuums. | ||

| Through use of 4-row, 2-point contact design and large ball elements, and a raceway with grooves machined close to that of the ball elements making larger load capacity and longer life possible. By building-in a Ball cushion between the balls, metallic contact between individual balls is avoided, making reduced noise possible.In addition, NB's fiber sheet made from cellulose material makes lubricous management more simple. (Low Temperature Black Chrome Treatment available as an option) |

| Through use of 4-row, 2-point contact design and large ball elements, and a raceway with grooves machined close to that of the ball elements making larger load capacity and longer life possible. | This type is highly moment-resistant and suited to single-rail applications, due to its low height and wide profile. Similar to the "SGL type", raceway grooves are machined to a radius close to that of the ball elements, meaning that the larger contact surface provides a high load capacity and longer life. | The SEB type slide guide is a linear motion bearing in which the ball elements roll along two tracking grooves. This is the smallest and lightest slide guide series offered by Nippon Bearing. The compact design allows for the size and weight of machinery and other equipment to be reduced. In addition, the following specifications are available as standard options for SEB type. |
