| A wide variety of linear motion NB's SLIDE UNIT are available. Their high precision blocks increase the accuracy of machinery and other equipment. The blocks can be constructed of resin to reduce cost and weight. The use of commercial units help to reduce design time and installation and component costs. | |||||

| Two different types of SLIDE UNITS, each with differing materials(aluminum or cast iron / ABS resin) are available for your selection. (However, shaft support rail is restricted to being made from aluminum.) | ||||||||||||

| This type is the most general slide unit mounting the housing made from aluminum. Double-wide type mounting two slide bushes is available for the SMA and AK types. | ||||||||||||

>> SMP Type - pillow type/clearance-adjustable - | |
| This type is the high rigidity slide unit made from cast iron. Since the self-aligning is featured in the housing, smooth movement is always guaranteed even the case of being influenced of installation surface accuracy. | ||

| Preparing pickpocket in the housing of a SMA type, adjustment of a clearance is enabled. Thereby, when advanced positioning is required, influence of the clearance between a block and a shaft can be reduced. | ||

>> SME/SMD Type - open type - | |
| By supporting a shaft from the undersurface with the open part of housing, this type reduces influence of bending even when using it on condition of high load or long stroke. Moreover, the clearance-adjustment function is applied to the SMD form. | ||

| Since this type has resin housing, lightening the weight and reduction of cost are realized. In addiotion, RBW type is available as Inch dimensions. | ||||||||||||

| By having combined the block and the shaft with the economy type shaft support rail, cost becomes sharply reducible. It is possible to manufacture without inheriting a shaft support rail to 2,000mm (shaft to 4,500mm). | ||||||||||||
